Cancellation Policy
•Guest will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
•Clients 15 mins late or more will have to reschedule at stylist discretion.
•No refunds on any services or gift certificates. Stylist will provide service to fix any issues within a 7 day period if due to coloring or cutting issue. Products can be exchanged for another product. Extensions and service are FINAL sale as we due not make or carry them.
